At Hope4u, we understand that the aftermath of a losss by suicide can be overwhelming and isolating, but you are never alone on this journey.

- How to empower individuals, understand depression and PTSD from trauma .
-monthly groups at regions incorporating Hawkesbury and the Blue Mountains area.

Suicide Grief Support Groups
Weekly Monday 6pm to 7pm
To lose a loved one prematurely through their suicide can be devasting, and the bereavement process is much more complex than other types of loss and grief.
The facilitator Diane Russell: Diane is a Registered nurse and credentialed facilitator with over 30 years experience. Her combined skills enhance the group experience and ensure that a safe and confidential space is maintained.
Held each year in February supporting those individuals impacted by suicide.

This is a community event that is held in support of World suicide prevention day in September. We invite all Businesses and community groups to be a part of the day.

The mission statement

The object of hope4u foundation is to support communities, local charities, community groups and individuals.
The management of the organisation is a vested management committee consisting of office-bearers and 3 other members,
The office-bearers consist of a Chairperson, Secretary and treasurer.
The Director and Founder of the Hope4u foundation welcomes any interest in becoming a volunteer of the organisation.
The Hope4u Foundation supports families and friends from the role on effect( ripple effect) from loss to suicide.
By providing support, workshops, and programs to you this will reduce further death to suicide.
Why is domestic violence part of the Hope4u foundations?
Trauma from violence can push you to the point that you can not cope. When people can not cope a sense of loss overwhelms you.
Hope4u Foundation will support the healing process and grief from family and domestic violence.
